35 Echo, Inc. Return Policies and Product Warnings

35 Echo, Inc. will accept returns for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase. In order to accept returns, we require the original invoice/receipt indicating the original date of purchase and any original packaging that accompanied the product at the time or purchase.

This 30-day return policy is valid for the following products:

• battery cases
• battery chargers
• flashlights
• portable lighting
• sandbags

Battery Returns and Exchanges

35 Echo, Inc. will accept returns/exchanges for batteries for a period of 15 days from the original date of purchase. In order to accept returns or exchanges, we require the original invoice/receipt indicating the original date of purchase.

Batteries that have been dropped, or shows signs of mis-use, damage or improper insertion into the battery charger cannot be exchanged or returned. Please ensure that you are familiar with the precautions that should be taken when using Lithium batteries prior to your purchase.
